Description of Chanticleer Inn: Originally built circa 1876, the Chanticleer Inn is a classic architectural Victorian stick-style home which offers guests serene and elegant coastal ambience. It is conveniently located in the Historic District on the bluff overlooking Port Townsend Harbor. For more than twenty years the Chanticleer Inn has opened it doors to travelers seeking rest and relaxation. The bed & breakfast offers a "home away from home" ambiance with distinctly decorated bedrooms and guest areas comprised of a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining room and a bright & warm sun-room with water views. The house is elegant yet comfortable with sitting areas to read our large collection of books and magazines, enjoy board games or just relax and watch sailboats pass. Breakfast is offered in our open sunny dining room, where guests enjoy a sit down, full-service meal.
